Ms. Greulich specializes in empirical microeconomics and quantitative analysis. Her consulting work includes estimating damages and analyzing market
conditions in civil litigation cases. She has analyzed potential antitrust liability, market definition, and assessed the antitrust implications of planned industry consolidation.
Her industry experience includes sports leagues, education, health care, senior care, timber, tobacco and restaurants.
Ms. Greulich has researched the market conditions that are likely to motivate more intensive FTC scrutiny of planned mergers and acquisitions, as well as the use of
economic analysis for issues of valuation arising in commercial and residential real estate. Prior to joining EI, her research and experience focused on the nexus between
regulation, housing markets, and wage and employment outcomes.
While at the University of California, Berkeley, Ms. Greulich taught courses in microeconomics and game theory. She collaborated on research projects
estimating the impact of immigration on rent burdens, and the effects of tax subsidies on housing consumption. |
