Mr. Hall served as a senior economist in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he
participated as the lead or testifying economist in a wide range of investigations. He testified on behalf of the
United States Department of Justice in United States v. Keystone et al., and participated in the
Department’s filing of regulatory comments before the Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal
Communications Commission, Federal Reserve Board, Federal Home Loan Bank Board and Department of the
Treasury. At Economists Incorporated, Mr. Hall has represented clients before the Department of Justice, the
Federal Trade Commission, and numerous state antitrust agencies and federal courts, and he has testified before
various state regulatory agencies. He has prepared many damages analyses related to antitrust and other claims.
Mr. Hall has extensive expertise in the chemical, healthcare, and gaming industries.
